Coachella Weekend One Day Three 2015… Are you exhausted yet? I sure am.
Sunday was all about getting to the grounds early and seeing some of my fave raves – Jenny Lewis! She is a phenomenal performer. I managed to miss out on the crab fries which I will dream about until next year. Drake decided it was okay to be 25 minutes late… and I was all like Wheelchair Jimmy, don’t give Canada a bad name. Then Madonna stormed the stage and it was sort of worth it but then it abruptly ended and we were stuck in a sea of 100,000 people in a bottleneck moving like molasses.

Jenny Lewis at Coachella
Fortunately her set was low key and I was able to sit down for most of it as you can see from the above photo. Walking this many steps in one weekend is absurd but totally worth it. The thing I love about Coachella is being able to see a number of bands I love all in one place.

Other Sunglasses I Wore
All these wild bedazzled sunglasses I wore over the weekend were sent to me by the brand Crystal Cult. I absolutely adore the cat eye ones!!!
Sensible Footwear
While i adore my Vans Authentics, I really should had added an insole for extra arch support. I’m making a note of that for next year. My all time favourite outfit that I wore with the pink Vans is this spring time look in Hyde Park.
Leaving Coachella
After the commute home in post-chella traffic, we pulled up to the compound only to find an unfortunately long line to get in the neighbourhood. Great. We had a party to get to and this was just another thorn in our side… or so we thought. After we budded the line of limo busses and car services, we quickly changed and decided to suss out the situation before heading back to Indio for a private party.
1OAK Coachella Party
The little get-together we walked into was the 1OAK party that hosted Madonna, Justin Bieber, Ryan Phillippe, Kendall Jenner, and The Weeknd, just to name a few. Endless Moet and hot jams had me asking “Is this real life?” to which the answer was NO. Definitely not. We never ended up at the party we were supposed to go to but this one made way more sense geographically anyway. The commute home was just a stumble across the street.
Coachella Weekend One Day 3 2015
As always, I’m glad I came but I’m ready to sleep for a full month. The level of exhaustion that follows after a full weekend of sun, music, and 20,000 steps per day.
