I believe it’s becoming fairly obvious where my style is headed to. I’m pretty sure you can smell the patchouli when browsing this blog. I recently purchased a new book that is the catalyst for this look – Ladies of the Canyon Inspired Style. I would say TGIF, but at the moment every day is the weekend to this gal.

If you’re a fellow obsessee of all things Laurel Canyon, I cannot recommend enough! Though I just picked it up today, I have blown through many sections already and cannot wait to delve in more. This coffee table book is a feast for the eyes. Not only do I love stepping back in time reading about all the Ladies of the Canyon, I find endless style and outfit inspiration too.

I’ve been obsessed with 60s music and fashion since foreverrrrr. And now that it’s the 50th anniversary, it seems that more and more amazing books are coming out on the topic. (Canyon of Dreams being one of those!) Books are great, but the real deal is always the best. Maybe I’ll just move to Laurel Canyon..
