Vintage Harley Davidson Christmas Shirt

I think I have unlocked a new level of thrifting with my most recent find. My ongoing quest for old t shirts has paid off with this vintage Harley Davidson Christmas shirt. What a unicorn piece! It’s worn in but not worn out which means it’s in that perfect state of softness that only old t shirts can. In addition to it being perfectly comfortable, I also love the silly graphic of the Harley Santa.

90S HARLEY DAVIDSON T SHIRTS BY 3D EMBLEM

A little background information, this particular Harley Davidson t shirt was manufactured by 3D Emblem 1990. The brand, 3D Emblem, is a print company from Fort Worth, Texas that was established in 1952. I’ve discovered that their Harley t shirts are the most sought after. Their t shirt prints are highly detailed compared to others which makes the graphics last longer. This explains why my thrifted shirt is in such good condition, but also why ! I love my Hog Daddy Santa waaaaay too much to part with it, even for those eye popping prices.

Of course I had to pair my vintage red leather pants that I DIY’d into shorts with this biker t shirt. It’s the most appropriate bottoms I could think of though denim would have been a good pick too.

I’m still recovering from the sticker shock of what I paid versus what is being charged for this vintage Harley Davidson Christmas shirt. I always knew Harley shirts resell for a decent price but I was not aware of the magnitude. If you’re ever out thrifting and find a Harley Davidson shirt by 3D Emblem you should BUY IT. As we now know, the resale value continues to rise. With that said, HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!
