Silver Jacket and Shorts Outfit
My Silver Jacket and Shorts Outfit with photos taken on an old Pentax Optio point and shoot from circa 2006 and my phone. The same camera I used for my cherry cola inspired outfit here. I also wrote a whole post on how to style a silver jacket where I wore the exact same purse too. Outfit repeater alert!

Mixing Warm & Cool Tones
Much like my other silver jacket outfit, I’ve mixed both warm and cool tones for this outfit. My baby blue top and dark navy linen shorts are the cool parts. And the orange-y sunglasses and yellow purse are the warm accessories. It feels balanced to me.

Amber Mushroom Ring
My Pentax refused to focus on my magical amber mushroom ring but I assure you it’s spectacular. The shape of it reminds me of the famous 1970s Maurice Chalvignac mushroom lamp. A design that is both off putting and alluring all at once – the glaze choices might be responsible for that. A few years ago I found one on marketplace and I still adore it.

The ring was a gift from my sister, purveyor of witchy goods at The Witchery. In 2024, we went on a buying trip for her shop which is when this photos were taken too.

Silver Jacket and Shorts Outfit
Who knew this silver jacket I purchased on a whim would become such a staple piece. I wore ANOTHER variation of this outfit when Katie and I went to The Shelter bar when we were in Tucson too. It seems as though I can’t get enough of a silver jacket with a yellow purse!
