Hotel Fox Copenhagen

Hotel Fox Copenhagen
On my most recent trip, I stayed at the Hotel Fox Copenhagen. This was my first visit to Denmark and I feel like I knocked it out of the park with this hotel. Not only was it magical inside, the location could not be beat! Keep scrolling to see inside.

THE ROOMS AT HOTEL FOX
The rooms at the Hotel Fox were designed by 21 artists. We were in room 316 which was created by Paulo Cesar Silva also known as Speto. He’s a Brazilian graffiti artist and illustrator whose style has been likened to woodblock prints. The theme for this room was kids and cars which was very much antithetical to our week of walking in Copenhagen but I adored the vintage feeling of the murals. And the race track mirror was a real nice touch.

HOTEL FOX LOCATION
As I mentioned before, the hotel was in a great location and a short walk to just about everything we were doing. That includes eating at Kødbyens Fiskebar, Noma, and my absolute favourite: the DØP hotdog stand. Hands down the best hot dogs I’ve ever had. They’re organic and the topping selection is beyond the imagination taste sensation. I moved to Europe a vegetarian but living with a chef has turned me to the dark side. SIGH. The restaurant in the hotel lobby, Sushitreat, is also great. Seafood in Denmark is 10/10.

HOTEL FOX IN DENMARK
I wish there were hotels like this everywhere!! The blending of art and function as its done here makes for an enjoyable stay. 2023 UPDATE: unfortunately the Hotel Fox Copenhagen has sadly been refurbished. The art is all gone and it’s now called SP34.

Love the second last photo. So minimal and sweet. Barely enough.
